Rebecca Neff

Executive Director

Rebecca has been in the relocation industry since 1979, first selling real estate, and then working for relocation management companies. She joined Relocation Dimensions in 1994 and purchased the company in 2006. She holds her California real estate broker's license and the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation.

Rebecca's focus has been on partnering with corporate clients, providing guidance in policy development and cost containment. In 1999, Rebecca developed and implemented the Corporate Move Management Program in response to a client request. Being able to listen and respond quickly to customer needs has been the driving force and the focus for Rebecca.

Melanie Kozak

Director, Corporate Accounts

Melanie has been in the relocation industry since 1979, working with both domestic and international clients. Her relocation career includes working as a consultant in destination services, inpatriation services, and group moves; managing corporate inventory and corporate accounts; and relocation team training.

She has lived, worked and studied in Europe and is fluent in French. This, along with her educational background in psychology and international studies, has been extremely beneficial in working with our international employees and families. She holds her California real estate license.

Having ten years of real estate sales experience in California and extensive knowledge of our local real estate market gives Melanie insight in guiding families transferring into the area. She is committed to giving the highest quality service to her clients. Sensitivity to specific needs and continual follow up throughout the relocation process have been the key to client satisfaction.

Lynne Trizuto

Director, Corporate Accounts

Lynne began her relocation career in 1984. She started with administering relocation benefits and managing relocation suppliers for a large telecommunications company, staying with them for over 10 years. She then joined a relocation management company, where she counseled transferees in all aspects of relocation, including destination services, departure services and policy administration, later serving as Global Supplier Manager.

Lynne's well-rounded range of experience, along with her compassionate nature, allows her to create a positive experience for her clients and transferees. She values technology and high-level consultative skills as essential tools in the relocation service process.

Lynne has been a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) since May of 1990 and earned her California real estate license in December of 1995.

Founder of Relocation Dimensions

Becky founded Relocation Dimensions in 1985, providing relocation consulting and training services. Prior to forming her own company, Becky worked in supervisory positions for two major relocation management firms and directed a real estate broker relocation department.
