relocation services to their candidates, newly hired, and transferring employees and their families.
Homefinding for Buyers & Renters
Designed to assist the transferring family locate housing within a brief time period,
our personalized homefinding service can help reduce costs of temporary living.
Once authorized by your employer, a Relocation Dimensions' associate will work with you and your family providing:
- In depth needs assessment
- Coordination of area orientation and community and housing tour
- Information package including housing and community information
- Assignment of real estate professionals (rental or real estate agents)
- Selection of executive housing for short-term, fully furnished rentals, if needed
- Settling in counseling (utilities, car registration, school information, etc.)
- Referral to mortgage broker, if needed
- Objective source of information for the employee throughout the process
Settling In Services - International Transfers
In conjunction with the homefinding services, settling in provides the following additional components:
- Assistance in obtaining social security number, driver's license, insurance, and opening bank accounts
- Additional tour to learn where to buy groceries, gas, household items and appliances
- Neighborhood tour to locate medical facilities, places of worship and schools
